Our Story
mauve-petal began when a group of Bristol-based financial professionals noticed a gap in practical money education. Schools teach quadratic equations but rarely cover budgeting. Universities prepare students for careers but not for managing the salaries those careers bring.
We established this academy with a clear purpose: deliver financial knowledge in ways people can actually use. No jargon-heavy lectures or abstract theory. Instead, we focus on real scenarios, genuine questions, and skills that translate directly to everyday life.
Since opening our doors, we've welcomed over two thousand students from across the Bristol area. They range from primary school children learning about pocket money to retirees optimising their pensions. What unites them is a desire to understand money better.
